Hey, I’m Brittany!
I’m an American creator, teacher, and communication trainer who has been living in Germany since 2018.
What started as a solo backpacking trip eventually turned into building a life here in northern Germany and sharing that experience online.
From the outside looking in
A lot of my work focuses on the small cultural differences most people overlook and the deeper reasons behind why people live, communicate, and connect differently across cultures.
Through my content, I share the parts of Germany that made me slow down, ask more questions, and see everyday life from a completely different perspective.
What that turned into
Alongside content creation, I also work as a language teacher and communication trainer in Germany, helping people better understand communication, culture, and everyday life across cultures.
Over the years, that work has naturally expanded into workshops, webinars, collaborations, and projects centered around Germany, travel, communication, and cultural understanding.
Life now
These days, I live in northern Germany renovating an old countryside house with my husband, our dog Ellie, and a growing little flock of chickens and ducks.
When I’m not working, I’m usually road tripping through small towns, trying regional food, wandering through cafés and markets, or convincing myself I definitely need another camera accessory.
