Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the Creator Roundtable Community and, where applicable, Creator Roundtable events, Creator Mentorship, workshops, seminars and other creator-focused events and services offered by Brittany Alaine.
By joining the community, registering for an event or purchasing a service covered by these terms, you agree to the applicable terms below.
1. Creator Roundtable Community
Creator Roundtable is a community for social media creators to connect, ask questions, exchange experiences and discuss content, social media, brand partnerships, growth and the business of being a creator.
The main Creator Chat is open to community members. Certain groups, including Creator Mentorship, are private and require separate eligibility or enrollment.
Joining the WhatsApp Community does not automatically provide access to paid Creator Roundtables, workshops, mentorship programs, seminars or other paid services.
2. Community Conduct
Members are expected to treat one another with respect. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, personal attacks or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Spam, unsolicited advertising and repeated self-promotion are not permitted. Members may share their own content when it is relevant to a conversation, when asking for feedback or when otherwise invited to do so.
Members may not use the community to solicit clients, customers or business through unsolicited private messages.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
Please respect the privacy of everyone in the community.
Messages, screenshots, personal information, rates, brand negotiations, contracts, business experiences or other information shared by another member may not be copied, published, forwarded or shared outside the community without that member’s permission.
Members are responsible for deciding what personal or business information they choose to share.
4. WhatsApp Privacy
By participating in WhatsApp groups, members acknowledge that their phone number and information made public through their WhatsApp profile may be visible to other participants.
Members are responsible for their own WhatsApp privacy settings and may leave the community at any time.
5. Creator Roundtables
Creator Roundtables are live creator discussions offered separately from general access to the WhatsApp Community.
Individual Roundtables may require a separate ticket or registration. Purchasing access to one Roundtable does not automatically provide access to previous or future Roundtables.
Dates, topics, speakers, format and other details will be provided when each Roundtable is announced.
6. Creator Mentorship
Creator Mentorship is a separate program and is not included simply by joining the Creator Roundtable Community.
The private Creator Mentorship group is available only to current and past participants of the Creator Mentorship Program, unless otherwise stated.
The exact services, sessions, resources and support included in a Mentorship purchase are those described in the offer at the time of purchase.
Participation in the Mentorship WhatsApp group does not constitute unlimited private access, on-demand consulting or unlimited individual feedback from Brittany Alaine.
7. Workshops, Seminars & Other Events
Workshops, seminars and other events may be offered online or in person and may require separate registration and payment.
The specific content, duration, location, format and inclusions will be stated on the applicable booking page.
Registration for one event does not provide access to other paid events or services unless explicitly stated.
8. Payment
Prices and payment terms for paid Creator Roundtables, Creator Mentorship, workshops, seminars and other services will be displayed before purchase.
Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods before participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service or event and will be communicated during booking where applicable.
Any cancellation or refund policy is subject to the consumer rights that apply under applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes & Cancellations of Events
Dates, times, topics, speakers, locations or formats may occasionally need to change.
If Brittany Alaine cancels a paid event entirely, participants will be informed about the applicable refund, credit or rescheduling options.
Where an event must be changed or cancelled because of circumstances outside reasonable control, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Educational Information
Creator Roundtables, Creator Mentorship, workshops, community discussions and other educational materials are intended to provide information, education and shared experience.
No particular level of followers, engagement, revenue, brand partnerships, business growth or other result is guaranteed.
Information shared by Brittany Alaine or community members should not be treated as legal, financial, accounting, tax or other regulated professional advice.
12. Intellectual Property
Original worksheets, presentations, recordings, templates, training materials, written resources and other materials provided by Brittany Alaine remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these materials are provided for the participant’s personal use and may not be copied, resold, republished, distributed or used to create competing commercial materials without permission.
Members retain ownership of the content they create and share.
13. Recording & Sharing
Members may not record private calls, workshops, mentorship sessions or other participants without prior permission.
If an event will be officially recorded, photographed or used for promotional purposes, participants will be informed where appropriate.
14. Responsibility for Member Content
Members are responsible for what they post or share within the community.
Brittany Alaine is not responsible for statements, recommendations, links, opportunities or advice shared independently by other community members.
Members should use their own judgment before entering agreements, purchasing services or acting on recommendations received from another member.
15. Removal From the Community or Programs
Access may be restricted or removed when a participant seriously or repeatedly violates these terms, compromises another person’s privacy, harasses other members, sends unsolicited promotional messages or otherwise disrupts the community.
Removal from a free community does not create an entitlement to compensation.
Any consequences for access to a separately purchased service will be handled in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and statutory consumer rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as the Creator Roundtable, Creator Mentorship and other services develop.
The current version will be published on the website. Material changes affecting existing paid services will be communicated where required.
